The Dovetail® Hi-C Kit uses a single restriction enzyme (DpnII) for chromatin fragmentation, a widely used approach for generating Hi-C libraries. The kit contains sufficient materials for 8 samples.
To complete the sample to sequencing-ready library workflow, the following complementary kits are required:
- Library Module for Illumina®, 8 Rxn
- Primer Set #1 for Illumina®, 8 Rxn
- Plant and Animal Filter Set (required when working with plant and animal tissue samples)
